No coaching sessions for our U8 & U10s boys this week. The U12 boys have a match Monday (24th) evening at home to Pomeroy. Their next game is on Thursday(3rd) away to Moortown. All players to meet up at pitch at 6.15 pm. Please note our Summer-Camp kicks off on Monday the 31st of July, at 9.30 am sharp to Thursday the 3rd of August. This promises to be a feast off underage football for P1 boys and girls, up to Year 1 boys and girls. Everybody is looking forward to this great event.
Girls U8 (P3 and P4) and U10 (P5 and P6) training resumes this Wednesday (26th) from 6 > 7 pm.
The U12 girls are training this Tuesday (25th) evening at 6pm, all girls please attend in preparation for our forthcoming games, away game to Carrickmore on Thursday(27th) and also the Cathy McVeigh tournament in Galbally, this Saturday (29th).
Our U16 girls have a challenge game on Monday (24th) evening v Donaghmore in Killeeshil at 7:15 pm.
The minor lads compete in the Minor Championship Final this Wednesday (26th) at 7.30 pm in Galbally v our neighbours, Errigal Ciaran. It's a big day for the club and the lads who will take to the field - let's show what great supporters we have by making the short journey over to Galbally to cheer our lads on!
The Senior ladies play Clan Na Gael in the quarter final of the Championship on Friday evening (28th) at 6:45 pm in Drumragh. All support would be greatly appreciated by players and management. Training days and times tbc.
On Sunday (23rd), our senior men missing a number of key personnel, travelled to face Glenelly in the league. Our depleted panel struggled against the home side. Final score Killeeshil 1-6 Glenelly 1-20. Senior and reserve men are training this week on Tuesday (25th) & Friday (28st) at 7.30 pm as we prepare for games this Sunday (30th) at home V Clogher. Reserves throw in 2.15 pm and senior game starts 3.45 pm. All support is much appreciated for our men.
Gaelic for mothers and others training resumes Monday (24th) at 8.30 pm on the training pitch.
Killeeshil GFC send our condolences to the McCann family (Sheers Place) on the death of Brendan and the Horisk family (Garvaghey) on the death of Seamus.
Our thoughts and prayers are with any families in the area who are dealing with illness in their family at this time.
