Promising Tyrone youngster Conor McKenna caught the eye of up to six AFL clubs at a developmental camp in London last week.

The 18-year-old was in the running for the 'man-of-the-match' accolade after kicking four goals in a combined game with Australian Rules players.

The BBC Northern Ireland website is reporting that AFL scouts were impressed with his pace and up to six clubs are interested in recruiting the Eglish teenager.

He also stood out when a European selection played against a strong Australian Institute of Sport/AFL Academy side.
