Our Walk/Jog/Run Club continues to meet at Aughabrack pitch on Tuesday at 7.30pm and on Sunday morning at 8.30am. Men’s and women's walking groups available. New members are always welcome.

 

Hard luck to the Senior men who were beaten by Fintona on Friday 2.15-1.14. Well done to the Reserve team who had a convincing win over Fintona with the score line finishing 2.16-1.9.

 

Hard luck to our Senior Ladies who were beaten by Castlederg in the Championship on Sunday with the final score finishing 5.17-3.7.

 

Good luck to the U.14 girls who play Newtown in the league final on Saturday. All details TBC.

 

There is an U.10 boys and girls blitz on Sunday in Aughabrack from 12-2pm.

Congratulations to Shea Browne and the rest of the Tyrone Minor side as they have progressed to the Ulser final. We wish Shea the best of luck with the preparations.

 

This week sees the return of Craic in the Brack Festival at the new venue of Aughabrack Hall. We have an action packed week of events in store for all the family. Wednesday night kicks starts the festival with Big Brack Bingo with £3350 in prizes and 2 X £1000 jackpots. Bingo commences at 9.00pm sharp. On Thursday 27th June, there is a Family Treasure Hunt which commences at 7.30 from Aughabrack Hall. It is a £10 entry fee per car and the hunt is guaranteed to be great craic with plenty of laughs. On Friday 28th June we have our Annual 5K Road race and walk. The race starts at 7.30pm with registration from 6.30pm in Aughabrack Hall. Entry fee is £8 and there will be a post run BBQ, refreshments and entertainment by Cool Breeze. The annual Aiden O’Kane memorial U.16 football tournament returns on Saturday 29th June at 10am at Aughabrack Pitch, followed by refreshments in the hall afterwards. On Saturday from 2-4pm there will be an Arts and Crafts session in Aughabrack Hall which is suitable for all ages. Saturday nights entertainment will be provided by The Wailin’ Banshees. Doors open at 9pm and admission is £10. Sunday draws a close to festival proceedings with the family fun day commencing in Aughabrack hall at 2pm with live music from 5pm.
