The U14 boys travelled to Dunmoyle on Wednesday last (15th) to take on Errigal Ciaran and came away with a spirited victory on a final scoreline of 5-11 to 3-15. The game was a high quality affair throughout with some excellent scores taken. Special mention goes to Daniel Rafferty who was clinical on the night scoring 4 goals in the process. The win was a real team effort with standout performances from Darragh Nugent, Conor McCool, Michael Carty, Eoin McGlinchey, Dillon O'Neill and corner forward Nathan Kelly. The win secured 2nd place in our group and a home game in the knockout stages of the league in a few weeks time. Training continues tonight Tuesday (21st) from 7.00 > 8.15pm. The final league group game of the season is fixed at home to the Moy this Wednesday 22nd May, throw in 7.15pm. The lads are also scheduled to play in the 1st round of the championship at home to Drumragh next Tuesday evening 28th May, throw in 7.15pm. Let's make a real effort to get out and support this talented team in the coming weeks as the U14 season reaches a climax.

Our senior ladies hosted Fintona on Monday (20th) evening in the second round of the league. The girls got off to a great start with some fine scores and we were dominant in all areas of the pitch but 10 minutes before the break, Fintona got their purple patch and got themselves back into contention, leaving the bare minimum in it at the half time whistle. Both teams traded points in the second half but the Hoops showed great honesty to hold off a very spirited challenge from the visitors to run out winners on a score-line of Cill Iseal 3:11, Fintona 3:10. Thanks to our loyal supporters. Senior ladies next game is this Sunday, the 26th at 7 pm in Killeeshil v Castlederg. All support welcome.
The reserve and senior men had home ACFL fixtures, last Sunday (19th) v Drumquin. Both sides had comprehensive wins. Reserve game: Killeeshil 3-20 Drumquin 0-8. Senior game: Killeeshil 3-15 Drumquin 1-7. The mens Senior & Reserve teams are training Tuesday (8 pm) and Friday at 7.30 pm as this week.
The running track repairs are now completed and the track is now opened. All runners and walkers in the parish are welcome to use this safe facility as a healthy body creates a healthy mind.
