Clonoe O'Rahillys club notes

April 23, 2019

Last week's lotto numbers were 6, 11, 15 and 23. Four matched three numbers, receiving £15 each: Angela Toner, Sean Timlin, Shane Donnelly and Martin Heagney. Next week's jackpot is £3550

The u14s boys played Stewartstown on Monday night. After a hard fought battle, the young O'Rahilly's came out on the wrong side of the result. The minor boys played the Rock at home on Wednesday. The boys put in an excellent performance and ran out worthy winners on a score line of 3-13 to 4-4. The minor girls played Cookstown Fr. Rocks on Tuesday in Cookstown. After a keenly fought contest, nothing separated both teams at the final whistle. The game finished 4-9 to 3-12.

The Senior men continued their league campaign on Saturday with a home game. The O'Rahilly's got back to winning ways with a convincing win over Eglish on a score line of 0-16 to 0-08. The Reserves came out on top after an entertaining hour of football on a score line of 3-20 to 4-12.

The u14 boys have a home fixture against Moortown this Wednesday at 7 and another home game against Edendork on Saturday at 12 noon. The minor girls have an away match on Tuesday against Omagh at 7. Next up for the Senior Men is an away fixture against Trillick. Keep an eye on local press for details.

Go Games continue this Thursday night due to the u14 game on the pitch on Wednesday at 6.30 for all u6, u8 and u10 boys and girls. The u6 boys and girls will be on the 3G pitch.

There will be a fitting in the club this Saturday from 11-1 for anyone looking to order merchandise. All orders must be paid in full when the order is placed.

On Saturday, the club hosted a very successful big breakfast. The club would like to thank all sponsors, organisers, all helpers who helped in any way to set up or serve on the morning and to everyone who attended.

There will be a screening this Thursday night at 7.30pm of Unquiet Graves in the Community Centre. This film gives an insight into life during the Troubles. Admission is £5 at the door.
