Maith sibh to our Derrylaughan Kevin Barry's Instrumental Team of Niamh Fanthorpe, Cara Quinn, Aisling McCourt, John Quinn, Colm McLernon who played well at the weekend past in the semi-final but unfortunately didn't get through to Scór Sinsear Ulster Final. Go raibh mile maith agaibh to them and Micheal Corr and the quiz team for participating in Scór this year - you have made your Club, County, Friends, Family and Community very proud indeed as you continue to raise the profile of Culture in the Club. Ádh mór to Omagh, Carrickmore & Errigal Ciaran in the Ulster Final in Galbally on 23rd Mar. The Washingbay Green Run 2019 is on Sat 16th March at 10.30am - please visit the website http://wbaygreenrun.com and follow social media for further information on the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon routes. If you are willing and able to help out on the day please contact Brendan on 07784516133 or any member of the committee. A pre-registration evening is being held on Thurs 14th Mar in the Washingbay Centre to collect personalised race-packs for those that registered online plus running tops for the first 100 online registrations – please see Social Media for further information.

The Club Senior/Reserve Football and Camogie Presentation Evening takes place on Sun 17th Mar in Falls at 7pm. Cairde Caoimhin de Barra is open for Club Membership and Membership and Player Registrations are due by 29/03/18 - £20 Individual, £30 Couple, £10 Senior Citizen. Membership can be paid to Dan Mc Grath Thur 14th Mar 7.30-9.30pm at the Club room or anyone interested in joining is asked to contact any committee member and see social media for further information.

Anyone who missed out on the Club Merchandise order and payment has one last chance to get it in to Sinead Donaghy on +447708772982 by close on Wed 13th Mar - forms available in Falls Shop and the Committee Room and on Social media - this is the only order going in until Sept 2019!

The Senior Footballers play County Champions Coalisland in the first round of the Division 1 All-County League on 31st Mar. The U21 Footballers lost to Coalisland on Sun 10th Mar past 4-09 to 1-12. The Minors are due to open their League account away to Brackaville on Sun 24th Mar at 11.30am. The U14s lost to Edendork away on Sat 09th Mar 6-15 to 1-05 in the first round of the League and are due to play Naomh Padraig at home this Sat 16th Mar at 10.30am – however please see Club Whatsapp/Social Media for updates as this clashes with the WGR 19. The next U14 game is then against Moortown at the Shore at 12pm on Sat 23rd Mar. Football training for U10s (P5-P6) is in St. Josephs College Coalisland School Hall on Saturdays at 10-11am. U8’s training is on Sat at 10am at the pitch.

The U16/Minor Camogie training continues Mon at 7pm at the shore with indoor training Thurs at 7.15pm in St. Josephs College Coalisland – all new members welcome. U6/U8/U10 Camogie training continues Sat at 10am with all Parents who can asked to stay and help out - please contact Orlaith on +447880224045 for more details. The preseason winter programme for any other Football and Camogie will be communicated in the first instance by Club WhatsApp Group Messages and then updated in the notes.

Maith sibh to all those who took part in the Annual Spring Litter Lift organised by Muintir na Mointeach in conjunction with the club - worthwhile preparation for the Washingbay Green Run 2019 and to improve the environs of our local club and community. Go raibh mile maith agat Sean Robinson Health and Fitness for running the Couch to 5K in the last few months in association with the Club and in preparation for the WGR ’19.

Please note that due to an extensive maintenance programme and building of a walkway, in and around the shore side of the club grounds and the main pitch are closed – all players and members are kindly requested to observe this notice until notified otherwise. Lotto numbers drawn March 10th were 04. 05. 07. 26. Lisa McCaffery, 27 Ballybeg Rd., Brocagh and Niall McAlinden, 16 Lakeview Park, Killen matched 3 numbers for £25 each. Jackpot now at £1,175.
