Thank you kindly to The Farm Families Health Checks Programme for their brilliant Health Checks session on Sat 10th Nov past. As part of the clubs continued Health and Wellbeing activities an Eat Well Good Food Toolkit Training session with food nutrition information for healthy lifestyles for all club members and the whole community is planned for 13th Nov at 7-8.30pm in the clubrooms – come along and bring a friend!

The AGM is on Mon 3rd Dec at 7pm in the Washingbay Centre. The club Mass is at 7.30pm in Brocagh on Fri 16th Nov.

The Barry’s lost The Rock 8-06 to 1-15 on Sat 10th Nov past and play Brocagh away now on Sun 18th Nov in Rd 4 of the U13 league. The winter programme for P4-3rd Year continues every Saturday 10.30-11.30am unless otherwise informed by Club WhatsApp Group Messages.

Following on from the roll-out of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) throughout clubs and community Sport NI are offering a FREE awareness session covering the basic maintenance and usage information that is essential to ensuring the maximum effectiveness of an AED in the event of an out of hospital cardiac arrest. They are planned locally for Mid Ulster Cookstown Leisure Centre on 17th Nov 10am-12pm and 17th Nov 2-4pm. Training/playing gear has been left in the clubrooms and needs to be collected before Fri 16th Nov or it will be donated to charity, please contact Petsie Kennedy.
