Coalisland manager Damian O'Hagan was fiercely critical of referee Martin McNally's performance following the Tyrone champions' exit from the Ulster club SFC at the hands of Crossmaglen on Saturday night.
Both sides finished with 13 players, with the Fianna having Brian Toner and Eoghan Hampsey sent off in the space of a minute before half-time.
"He had a massive influence on the game - I just don't know where the referee was going with the whole thing," the former Tyrone star said of the Monaghan match official in the Irish News.
"He obviously lost his way all night, he put two Crossmaglen men to the line as well. I've never been involved in a game in my life where four men got [side]lined."
