Tonight's Kerry county board meeting has been postponed as a mark of respect to the late Gerald Whyte.
The Kilflynn man served as county board secretary in the 1980s, a period when the Kerry footballers enjoyed much success. An avid hurling man, Gerald was also a former county board vice-chairman.
The meeting has been rescheduled for next Monday, February 3.
