Waterford's Michelle Ryan shoots on goal
From being the 1986 Waterford team mascot in Croke Park to winning the 2019 Lidl NFL Division 2 title, Michelle Ryan has given incredible service to the Deise.
Her father Michael, a 5-time All Ireland winner as Waterford manager, is interviewed here at the Lidl Team of the Leagues Awards night, ahead of this Sunday's TG4 Munster SFC Final between Cork and Waterford, in Dungarvan at 6.30pm.
'She graduated onto the Senior team 19 years ago and she's been an ever-present ever since', says Michael. 'At this stage she's an inspiration to all of us'.
