Kiladangan are the first team through to the last four of this year’s Tipperary SHC.

Goals from Willie Connors, Dan O’Meara and Joe Gallagher were instrumental as they edged out Toomevara by 3-12 to 1-12 at Cloughjordan today.

The winners led by 2-7 to 0-8 at the halfway stage.

Mark McCarthy pulled a goal back for Toomevara shortly after the resumption but Gallagher’s green flag helped secure Kiladangan’s semi-final ticket.

Today’s second quarter-final, featuring Nenagh Eire Og and Eire Og Annacarty, has just got underway at The Ragg.
