Evan Shefflin will captain DJ Carey's Kilkenny as they make their Leinster U20HC bow against Laois at O'Moore Park this evening (7.30pm).

Shefflin is one of four players from All-Ireland club SHC champions Ballyhale in the starting 15 for the quarter-final clash in Portlaoise.

He is joined by fellow Shamrocks' clubmates Dean Mason (goalkeeper), Cats senior starlet Adrian Mullen and another nephew of Henry's, Eoin Cody.
