Cillian Buckley faces a race against time to be fit for Kilkenny's Leinster SHC opener against Dublin.

The Cats are due to face Pat Gilroy's charges in Parnell Park on May 13^th but their captain has emerged as an injury doubt.

The Irish Daily Star reports that Buckley missed Dicksboro's league game last weekend due to a knee ligament injury and he could face up to a month on the sidelines.
