PS Chorcha Dhuibhne 0-12

St Brendan's, Killarney 1-9

A late Ruaidhrí Ó Beaglaoich free earned Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne a draw with St Brendan's in a tense Corn Uí Mhuirí (Munster PP Schools SF 'A' championship) final at Fitzgerald Stadium.

The replay will take place next Saturday at a venue to be confirmed.

With Dylan Ó Geibheannaigh in fine scoring form, the Dingle school led a wasteful St Brendan's side by 0-5 to 0-2 at the interval. But the 'Sem' turned the game on its head after they restart when an Emmet O'Shea goal, allied to two points each from O'Shea and Patrick D'Arcy, propelled them into a 1-7 to 0-8 lead.

Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne replied with a trio of points from Ó Geibheannaigh, Ruaidhrí Ó Beaglaoich and Cathal Ó Beaglaoich to retake the lead before St Brendan's moved back in front. But Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne earned another bite at the cherry thanks to Ó Beaglaoich five minutes from time.
