The Central Hearings Committee has cleared Corofin's Martin Farragher to play in Saturday week's All-Ireland club SFC final against Nemo Rangers.

Farragher was sent off in the opening minute of the Galway champions' semi-final victory over Moorefield after referee Derek O'Mahoney had adjudged him to have struck opposing defender Liam Healy's head with his knee.

However, there did not seem to be any malice in the incident (which can be seen below) and the CHC have this morning cleared the way for the full-forward to line-out in the St Patrick's Day decider at Croke Park.
