Jason Ryan comes into the Tipperary XV for tomorrow night's Munster U21 HC final against Waterford.

The Premier County again include dual star Josh Keane in their ranks at right half forward. Keane scored two points as a substitute against Derry in the SF Qualifier at Breffni Park on Sunday and is set to tog out in Sunday's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Galway at Croke Park.
