Patrick 'Bonner' Maher is back in the Tipperary starting fifteen ahead of their Munster SHC semi-final clash against Limerick in Thurles on Sunday.
The former All-Star returns at centre-forward for the Semple Stadium showdown as Sean Curran drops to the bench in the only change from the side that lined out in the quarter-final victory over Cork at the same venue.
Maher, who scored a point when introduced as a substitute during the 0-22 to 0-13 defeat of the Rebels five weeks ago after having overcome a knee injury, will wear the number eleven jersey with Dan McCormack now on the right wing.
Tipperary (SHC v Limerick): Darren Gleeson; Cathal Barrett, James Barry, Michael Cahill; Seamus Kennedy, Ronan Maher, Padraic Maher; Brendan Maher, Michael Breen; Dan McCormack, Patrick Maher, Noel McGrath; John O'Dwyer, Seamus Callanan, John McGrath.
