Mark Ellis and William Egan have both been included in the Cork starting fifteen for Sunday's Munster SHC quarter-final showdown with Tipperary in Thurles.

After missing much of the league campaign through injury, Ellis returns to fill the void for injured team-captain Stephen McDonnell at full-back.

Elsewhere, in midfield, Egan is set to make his first championship start since the 2013 All-Ireland SHC final replay alongside Daniel Kearney.

Top-scorer Pat Horgan leads the attack for the Rebels from the inside line with Alan Cadogan and Seamus Harnedy close beside.
