The draw for the Tipperary senior hurling and football championships have been made.
In the senior hurling championship, Thurles Sarsfields will play Kilruane MacDonagh, while in the other semi-final, Drom-Inch will go head to head with Nenagh Eire Og.
Both games will be played as part of an attractive double header at Semple Stadium on Sunday, October 11th.
Meanwhile, the draw for the senior football championship quarterfinals has also taken place. The tie of the round must surely be the meeting of Loughmore-Castleiney and Clonmel Commercials.
In the other quarterfinals, Aherlow Gaels take on Eire Og Annacarthy; Arravale Rovers face Killenaule and Moyle Rovers meet Galtee Rovers. All four quarterfinals will be played this weekend.
