Tipp minors pay tribute to Eddie Connolly

The Tipperary minor footballers remembered Eddie Connolly by wearing black armbands in today's All-Ireland final against Kerry.

The former Tipp dual star was laid to rest in Loughmore this morning after losing a two-year battle with brain cancer on Thursday night.

Tipp lost the Croke Park curtain-raiser to a rampant Kerry team on a 0-6 to 4-14 scoreline.
