It was the most-anticipated game of the year as Dublin and Kerry clashed in the 2015 All-Ireland SFC final.

Kerry - the most successful county in gaelic football - went into the match as Sam Maguire Cup holders and were bidding to win their 38th title, while the Dubs had gone all the way on 24 previous occasions. The Kingdom were aiming for their third crown in seven years; Dublin for their third in five.

This is one of the GAA's most-enduring rivalries - one that transcends sport - and an epic contest was anticipated.

Today's curtain-raiser was the All-Ireland MFC final between defending champions Kerry and Tipperary, who they defeated in this year's Munster final.

On a historic day at Croke Park, we brought you full coverage as all the drama unfolded.
