Tipperary's 0-15 to 0-13 FL Division 3 victory over Sligo today was marred by a serious injury to All-Star nominee Colin O'Riordan.

O'Riordan was grounded in the 52nd minute following a Ross Donovan tackle and play was suspended for 17 minutes while he received medical attention.

The talented youngster was stretchered off with what was later confirmed as a neck problem.
