Peter Creedon was gracious in defeat after seeing his Tipperary side beaten by Fermanagh.
The suspended Tipp boss watched Sunday's match from the Vesey Stand and from there he observed that the hosts were the better team:
"Fermanagh were stronger out there, but we were under no illusions coming up that it was going to be a difficult task and the better team won, and won confortably, and were deserving of their victory," the Cork man told The Tipperary Star.
"They made much better use of possession than we did. The one thing you can't do against Fermanagh is give them ball to counter-attack and we did that a bit too much.
"We have a lot of players who have a lot of games played in the last month, but I wouldn't take anything away from Fermanagh. When you're beat, you just take it on the chin."
