Tipp use Aspire

January 27, 2009
This weekend the Tipperary senior hurling team called on Offaly footballer, Joe Quinn and his Advanced Sports Performance Centre, Aspire, in Clara, County Offaly, to get them ready for the upcoming season.  Opened last year, Aspire offers teams the unique package of team bonding facilities and activities with top of the range training facilities including private training pitches and a state of the art gym.  The young entrepreneur Quinn said "With recession firmly taking hold on the nation Aspire offers teams a real alternative to foreign training camps, for great value. After taking a look at these camps abroad, we know our facilities are up there with the best in Europe". Tipperary manager Liam Sheedy said; "We were delighted with our weekend. We thought the facilities, food, accommodation and training were top notch, and I'm sure it will benefit the lads down the line. They all really enjoyed the bonding games and Iíd have no doubt that any team would benefit from a weekend here."
