Tipperary senior hurlers will play their first challenge match of the new campaign this Saturday, December 9th.
Tipp take on Laois at the Kiladangan GAA Grounds in Puckane at 2pm, with Micheal Ryan and his selectors set to run the rule over a number of fringe players.
The Premier County will not participate in the Munster SHL this year and so every challenge game they play will be a chance for players on the extended panel to shine.
Ryan has announced a 40-man panel for the coming year with many new faces in the squad, all of who will be given a chance to impress over the next month or so.
Entry to Saturday's game is €10 per adult and all proceeds go towards the Kiladangan NS defibrillator fund and Living Links Ireland.
