have they played any challenge games? Who is going well?

Anyone fancy trying to name a team at this early stage?

if you followed any of currys championship games you will have seen him play in corner back a few times as well as further up the field.hes a very versatile player.
that being said the full back line and half forward line would be the biggest concerns on this team.apart from that a very strong team.i expect big things this year.
championship in little over a month not heard much from them.quietly confidnet in beating galway

Heard a lot of good things about Cian Killoran and Joe Rodgers from Bunninadden. In fairness some nice players there. Mickey o heir , wont be long till he gets the senior call up i think.

A Lot of the lads already have been called into the senior panel to be fair. Gareth Ryan Cian O'Dowd Joe Rogers Niall Mcmanus Cristoir Davey Colm Egan all being called in this year but never given a chance.Kevin Mcdonnel and Brian Egan were given a chance to show what they can do.telling me that these other lads would have been well able to cope aswell.Niall murphy and vinny cadden are members of the senior panel for 2 years now so we have alot of these players having gained some experience of senior football and in my honest opinion some of these u21 players are far better players than those in the seniors but as i said previously not given a chance.

Hard to know how strong we are in Galway this year. I have heard almost nothing about them so far as regards what players are in the shakeup. I do know they were well beaten by Kerry a few weeks back but that's about it.
Also Peadar O Griofa is out with a torn cruciate which is a big blow as he would be one of the better young forwards in the county and was the star forward for the minors 3 years ago. Based on the minor teams of the last 3 years I wouldn't expect us to get out of Connacht anyway

We'll beat Galway, then hammer little Mayo, and win Connacht and win the U-21 All-Ireland.

Has Anthony Brennan lost it?
3 subs in the first 25 minutes on monday. yes one was forced but the other 2 weren't playing poorly.at the point when the 3rd sub was made sligo were doing alright.only 5 points down.we all know what happened after that.I am not for one second saying that sligo would have come back to win.but the scoreline would have been more respectable without a doubt.the 3 players taken off in the first half all were training with the county seniors until mid January with egan still involved.this tells me that they wer among the better players and the fittest. sligo definetly looked short of fitness on Monday.
That being said this u 21 team had a strong team lining out in tuam .I would have expected to fully put it up to Galway. a lot of the players will need to bulk up but i wouldn't right of this pool of players to make a massive impact on the senior team in the not so distant future.
