Here are our previews for the two Round Four games in the Lory Meagher Cup on Saturday afternoon.
Saturday, May 14th
Lory Meagher Cup round 4
Lancashire v Sligo, Pairc na hEireann, 2.30pm
Sligo were impressive in a seven-point victory over Warwickshire last time out and will be hot favourites to make it two wins on the bounce over exiled opposition this weekend when they travel across the pond to face Lancashire. The home side were thumped by Louth last weekend and will have their hands full in trying to thwart the threat of Keith Raymond and Gerard O'Kelly-Lynch for the Yeats men.
Verdict: Sligo
Leitrim v Louth, Pairc Sean Mac Diarmada, 2.30pm
Louth had 14 points to spare over Lancashire in their last assignment and they'll be fancied to maintain their winning form when they travel to Carrick-on-Shannon. The Wee County's visit will mark Leitrim's first outing this month and they'll have to ensure that the visitors' talisman Diarmuid Murphy, who has been in fine form all season, doesn't inflict them with irreversible damage on Saturday.
Verdict: Louth
