Enniscrone/Kilglass GAA notes

November 16, 2015

Schools
Well done to the combined senior side of Jesus and Mary Secondary School Enniscrone and Colaiste Iascaigh on a 1-15 to 2-8 win over St Attracta's during the week. Five Enniscrone/Kilglass players were on the team.
Dates for your diary
Our AGM and the married and singles match will be taking place at some stage in December - keep an eye out for details in the coming weeks.
Book launch
A book, entitled 'Enniscrone: Through the Sands of Time', is set to be launched next Friday evening in The Diamond Coast Hotel. The book is being published as part of a celebration of the Golden Jubilee of Enniscrone Church, which is 50 years old this year. The 200-page publication contains a number of interesting articles relating to life in Enniscrone over the last 50 years, including one detailing the history of the GAA in the area over that time. Copies of the book will be available on the night for €10, and will make a great Christmas present. The evening will start with mass at 8pm, and then the get together in the Diamond Coast will take place.
