Junior Team

Our Junior team were defeated by St Faithleachs last week in the championship. 

 

Underage 

Our minors made it two wins from two with a hard fought win over Tulsk in  the Championship. Our U-8 and U-10 teams had an enjoyable blitz with Shannon Gaels and St Ronans on Friday evening last. On Tuesday our minors play Elphin/Ballinameen in Kilmore at 8pm. On Thursday our U-14 team are back in championship action in Kilmore against Kilglass/St Barrys at 7.30pm. 

 

Ladies 

Our junior ladies had a good win over Roscommon Gaels in the championship and we play them again Monday in Lisnamult at 8pm. Also on Monday our U-15 girls play Boyle in the Sean Daly cup in Boyle at 7.30pm. 

 

Other News

Well done to Pauline McElhone who won our 50/50 jackpot of €280 and the seller was Shane McElhone. Our €25 winners were Paul Straw, Brian Lavin, Joe McEvoy, Fitzmaurice children cloonfad avenue. Thanks to Gerry Tiernan and his team of sellers. Next on selling duty is Brian Carrolls team. We wish Roscommon the very best of luck this Sunday in the All Ireland Quarter Final in Croke Park. We also wish our Club chairperson Gerry Tiernan a very happy birthday this week as he moves 1 year closer to the 70 mark.
