Kilcline wary of Mayo threat

August 19, 2016

Roscommon under-21 manager Mick Kilcline admits that his charges will have their work cut out against Mayo in Saturday's All-Ireland 'B' hurling championship semi-final.

The Rossies are favourites to go through to the final, but Kilcline is certainly taking nothing for granted.

Speaking to the Roscommon Herald, he spoke of his admiration for a well-drilled Mayo side.

"Mayo are an exceptionally good team," stated Kilcline. "We played them a while back and they gave us a right trimming.

"We saw them a few weeks ago in Castlebar. They're a well-balanced outfit and have been together for quite a while. They will really test us."
