Ladies: Commiserations to our U14 girls on their narrow loss against kilmore / Elphin in the division 2 final last Wednesday. The match was exciting until the final whistle and the girls fought to the end. Huge thanks to management of Alan Burke, Charlie Devaney, John O'Callaghan and Tracey Duignan and to the team for their commitment. Roll on the championship. Hard luck also to Croghan NS on their defeat in the Cumann na mbun Scoil final on Tuesday last. A massive congratulations goes to Woodbrook NS on their brilliant win in the same competition but in the smaller schools category. Our U12 A & B girls continue with their campaign and have a few fixtures left before the quarter finals. Best of luck to team and management. Finally please support or Senior ladies team as they make history next Saturday evening in Johnstown. They play their first match at Senior level against Clan na Gael at 7pm. Mens: Well done to our intermediate team on their win against local rivals St Michael's on Saturday evening.
