The senior team were defeated by Roscommon Gael's in round two of the championship in O'Rourke Park last Sunday, see match report elsewhere. A big thank you to the stewards, caterers, scoreboard keepers and everyone else who worked so hard in O'Rourke Park in difficult weather conditions last Sunday. Thanks to Castlerea Celtic and Castlerea Mart for the use of their facilities last Sunday. The junior team play Strokestown next Saturday in the junior championship in Elphin at 2pm. There was no winner of the €16,400 lucky numbers jackpot on Friday 17th June; numbers drawn on the night were 3, 28, 32 and 36. €50 winners on the night were Jackie Kelly, Des Egan, Gerry Flanagan and Una Keigher Kelly.
