Our minor team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels were defeated last Saturday in the championship by a much stronger Clann na Gael team.  The club would like to thank Karl Foley and his management and all the team for the great effort they put in all year.  The clubs U12 boys team will play their final next Saturday in Elphin at 4pm. Best wishes go out to Lisa Butler who gets married to Barry Crowe next Saturday.

The Junior final is scheduled for Sunday 11th October.  With the success of sponsor a player initiative last year the club are proposing to run this again.  If you are interested in sponsoring a player and would like to hear more about it please contact James Deane or Chris O'Dowd before the end of next week Sunday October 4th.

Ladies:

Once again we have a busy weekend ahead.  Both the intermediate and u14 teams have games on Sunday 4th October.
The intermediate ladies play St Francis in the Connaught semi final with time and venue to be confirmed. 
The very best of luck is sent to Alan, Charlie, their management and all of the U14 Team as they take on Roscommon Gaels in the county final.  The venue and time for this match is also to be confirmed.  Please support this very dedicated group of young girls who have worked hard all year to get to the final.  Keep an eye on Facebook and website for confirmation of times etc.
We wish Catherine Flynn a very speedy recovery from her injury sustained last week.
