Shannon Gaels club notes

August 17, 2015

Our minors played St. Brigids away on Tuesday evening last. It was a great game of football.  Unfotunately they were defeated but well done to all the team for putting in a huge effort.  They are due to play St. Dominics on this Tuesday evening in Kilmore.  Please check fixtures.  The club congratulates minor manager Karl Foley on his recent engagement to Emma Conlon and also to Austin Marron on his engagement to Mary Conaughton.

Well done to the junior team on their victory over Padraig Pearses on Friday evening last in the Championship.  Final score 0-15 to 0-7.  They now face Creggs at the weekend to see who secures a semi-final place.
