O Gara Cup

Our Murtaghs bar sponsored O Gara cup team are in league action this Sunday evening at 8pm when we travel to Knockcroghery to play St Dominics. Please come out and support the team. Our championship fixtures will take place on August the 8th/9th, 15th/16th and the Castlerea game will take place on the weekend of the 22nd/23rd of August.

Activity Camp

Our annual activity camp will get underway at the pitch on the 4th of August and -ill be a 2 week camp this year. Places are limited and only a few places remain on the camp. To book you child contact Clare on 087-9471081 as soon as possible.  Free places in the camp can be won by Aughrim/Dangan/Scrabbagh pupils, 2 places up for grabs in each school, to enter draw and colour in the Kilmore GAA crest in the latest news letter, Post your entries in the box in the hallway of the club house and winners will be announced on the 28th of July.

Last Man Standing

Our Last Man Standing competition is back and again entry costs just €10 this year with a new format for picking teams this year with a super top prize of €500. Tickets will go on sale very soon.

Foot Golf

Our 1st ever foot golf classic takes place this Saturday in Carrick On Shannon Golf Course. Everyone can play and all ages are welcome for a great day out. Times can be booked by contacting Tommie 087-7669017 or Jenny 086-0779493, Tee sponsorship is also available by contacting any member of the Committee.

Other News

Our 50/50 draw takes place this Sunday night in the Kilmore Inn, Harry Reynolds team are on selling duty. Anyone who is interested in stewarding at the Connacht final is asked to contact Brian on 087-2420896 before Thursday evening at 6pm as names have to be supplied before Thursday night. A night out with a difference will be coming up very soon so watch this space for more details!!
