Adult Teams

Our Murtaghs bar sponsored senior team were defeated by just 1 point by Elphin on Saturday evening last. Our next game in the championship is on the June bank holiday against St Croans in Kilmore. Thanks to Elphin GAA for the refreshments provided for the team after the game. Our junior game against Creggs did not go ahead on Sunday as the pitch was unplayable.

Club Draw

Our 1st draw of 2015 took place on Saturday night last in Brackens Hillstreet. Winners were as follows €1,000 Jerry Gilchriest, Hotel Break in Lough Rynn Ronnie Caslin & Mairead Glynn, €250 Michael & Margaret Beirne, Hamper Jimmy Connellan and €100 Martin & Geraldine Garvey. Thanks to everyone who bought tickets and special thanks to aour ticket sellers. Our next draw will take place in August.

Other News

Our 50/50 draw took place on Sunday night last in the Silver Eel. The jackpot was €450 and was won by John Anthony Burke. €25 each was won by Ollie McWeeney, Gerry Bracken, Charlie Caslin and Patrick McCabe. Thanks to Trevor Hunt and his team of sellers. Clare Connellans team are on selling dutys next. Support our Club and the county teams by becoming a member of Club Rossie.
