Operation Transformation
Operation transformation is in full swing with group walks taking place every week night at 8pm around the clubs walking tracking. Group weigh in takes place on Tuesday evening at 7pm before our nightly walk. You can still join in the walk and exercises without doing the weigh in, just turn up at 8pm any evening.
Padraig Pott's Guide to Walking
The minor committee are holding a performance of Seamus O'Rourke's play 'Padraig Pott's Guide to Walking' in the Hodson Bay Hotel on 31st January. Tickets are €10 and can be purchased from any minor committee member.
Club Shop
The club shop will be opening on Friday night 8-9pm. Anyone that ordered the new O'Neill's training top and or t-shirt is asked to collect them Friday night. Also the new McGorisk Pharmacy sponsored gear bags are now in stock.
Date for diary
St. Brigid's dinner dance will take place on 21st March in The Hodson Bay Hotel. Tickets are €25 music on the night by Big Deal.
