Barring draws, 11 more county senior football champions will be crowned this afternoon.

While the Cork SFC final between Ballincollig and Carbery Rangers is a novel affair, a lot of familiar names will be involved in the other 10 county finals. St. Gall's are seeking an eight-in-a-row in Antrim, Crossmaglen and St. Brigid's are chasing five-in-a-rows in Armagh and Roscommon respectively, while Portlaoise are going for eight on the trot against Arles-Killeen in Laois.

Last season's All-Ireland club finalists Castlebar Mitchels will defend the Moclair Cup against an in-form Ballintubber, Corofin are raging hot favourites to beat first-time finalists St. Michael's in Galway, reigning Ulster club champions Ballinderry face double-chasing Slaughtneil in Derry, while Navan O'Mahony's are on the trail of another Keegan Cup in Meath, with Paul Clarke's Donaghmore-Ashbourne standing in their way.

The race for the Andy Merrigan Cup also gets underway with Kilcoo (Down) and Clontibret (Monaghan) meeting in the Ulster club SFC preliminary round at Pairc Esler.
