Fun Run:  There was a good turn out for the fun run on Sunday last. Many thanks to  the stewarts and to anyone who helped organise this event. Well done to Shane O'Dowd who was first man home, Tess Murtagh first lady and Dessie Beirne first youth.

Activities for 4-6 year old boys and girls will commence in the complex on Friday 31st October from 6 to 7pm .  All children welcome.

Well done to Kimore/Shannon Gaels U14s lads who had a great win over Western Gaels on Saturday in the first round of Garda Cup.

Anyone interested in taking part in Scor na Og please contact any member of the club committee as closing date for entries is approaching.

LADIES;

Our U14 girls are through to the County Final following their semi final three point win over Four Roads in Croghan on Sunday evening. It ended Shannon Gaels 2-9, Four Roads 2-6 in what was a thrilling game right to the final whistle. Team - Zoe O Callaghan, Mary Collins, Hannah O Dowd, Chloe O Dowd, Shauna Murtagh, Emer Feely, Aisling Cryan, Orla Mullaney (0-1), Caitlin Surlis, Ellen Collins, Ellis Conway (1-5), Shona Devaney, Lisa Burke, Emer Burke (1-3), Sarah Marie Lynch, Orla O Dowd, Ailbhe Cryan, Alesha Cassidy, Gemma Hickey, Sophia O Dowd, Sarah Carty, Kathlyn Gannon. They will play Eire Og at the weekend with time, place and venue to be confirmed. Best of luck girls.
The Intermediate Ladies will play their Shield Final against Boyle in Boyle at 4.30pm on Saturday. Please support the U14 and Intermediate teams in their last footballing action of the year.
