Football results: the junior ladies defeated St Barry's in the championship last Monday in O'Rourke Park, the minor boy's were defeated by Oran/St Croan's in the division one championship last Thursday in O'Rourke Park, the senior team drew with St Aidan's in the O'Gara Cup last Friday in Ballyforan and the u16 boy's defeated St Croan's in the division three championship last Sunday in Enfield. Football Fixtures: the ladies minor team play Four Roads in the championship next Thursday in O'Rourke Park at 7pm, the boy's u14 team play St Dominic's in the championship next Thursday in Knockcroghery at 8pm, the junior team play Strokestown in the junior A championship next Friday in O'Rourke Park at 7-45pm, the senior team play Elphin in the senior championship next Saturday in Enfield at 5-15pm and the boy's u12 team play Elphin/Ballinameen in the Summer league next Saturday in O'Rourke Park at 12pm. There was no winner of the lotto jackpot of €6,000 on Friday 10th August.  Numbers drawn on the night were 1, 3, 6 and 22. €50 winners on the night were Austin Mullarkey, Mary Keenan, Susan Gannon, Michael Harte and Daniel Hayden. Next weeks jackpot is €6,100 and the draw takes place in Sissy's on Friday 17th August. Tickets on sale in shops and pubs in town or from any club official at €2 per panel or three panels for €5.
