Roscommom Gaels boys Nursery Programme

Roscommom Gaels Nursery Programme will continue on Thursday evenings in the Hyde centre.  All children attending should be at the centre by 7-7.45pm.

Please drop boys into the centre and collect immediately after.

The nursery is for boys born in 2012 and 2013 only.

U12 Boys Football.

Our Div 5 team played Western Gaels on Saturday in the league. In a tight encounter we unfortunately went down by a couple of scores.

Our Div 1 side had a good win today at home to Michael Glaveys also in the league.

Next up for both squads are games against Boyle.

Training continues every Thursday evening in Lisnamult at 6.45.

U14 Football

Well done to our Division 1 lads for their determined display on Thursday evening against Boyle in Abbey Park. Both teams played some very good football in tough conditions and a draw was probably the fairest result.

We play Padraig Pearses in our final league fixture on Thursday evening next in Lisnamult. Our Div 4 lads play Clann na nGael in Lisnamult on Tuesday evening and our final league fixture against Kilmore/Shannnon Gaels next Sunday.

Junior Football

Hard luck to our Junior Lads today who were defeated by Ballinameen in The Junior A Championship final score Ballinameen 3-8 Roscommon Gaels 1-6.

Minor County Football:-

Well done to Richard Walsh for making the Roscommon Minor football team who played Galway in the first round of the round robin Connacht Minor Football Championship Friday Evening. Unfortunately Roscommon were defeated by Galway.

Junior County Football:-

Well done to James Fetherstone for making the County Junior team last week in what was a tight game against Mayo.
