Round Two of the Offaly senior football championship takes place this weekend.

Following the first round games where there were wins for defending champions Rhode, Tullamore, Clara and Ferbane, it is on to round two as these teams look to maintain their unbeaten runs.

However, at least one of them will certainly not make it two wins from two as Tullamore and Ferbane go head to head at O'Connor Park on Sunday.

Champions Rhode look set to inflict further misery on Cappincur as the latter adjusts to life in the top ranks.

Edenderry will be keen to get their first win of the campaign when they take on St Rynagh's at Mucklagh on Sunday also.

Clara will be eager to make it two wins from two when they face Gracefield in O'Connor Park on Saturday evening.
