Offaly Senior Football  Semi Final

Rhode have secured a place in the Offaly Senior Football Championship County Final on the 16th of October after beating Gracefield on a score line of 1-11 to 1-07.  This will be Rhode's fifth final in a row and there is know doubt after losing last years final the hunger is there to go about  bringing  the Dowling Cup back to the village.

Rhode now play Ferbane in the County Final on Sunday  16th of October at 3pm in O'Connor Park Tullamore. Referee Fergal Smyth.

Junior B Football Championship  County Final

Rhode Junior B Footballers take on Lusmagh in the County Final on Friday 7th of October at 8pm in Tubber. Referee Basil Cronin.

Rhode Minor Football  All Ireland Prediction Results:

There was no outright winner of the All Ireland Prediction Draw.

So All Cards were put into a hat and the lucky person drawn was Paddy  whitey Quinn .

A big thanks to all that supported the draw by buying lines and to the Minor players for selling the cards .

All money's  raised will go towards buying tops for the Rhode Minor Football Team.

A presentation night will be held in the weeks to come to present the tops and their Division 2 League medals .

Lotto

There was no winner of the Rhode GAA Lotto Draw that took place on the 19th of September for a Jackpot of €15,000.  The numbers drawn were 2 15 19 21.  The club would like to thank all those who supported the draw and thanks to Doyle's for the use of their premises and for their help and cooperation.  The following matched three numbers and received €70 each
