The numbers drawn in the Lotto draw which took place on Monday 25 April 2016 were 12 18 20 25. There was No Jackpot Winner of €4,000 and 1 Match 3 Winner [Anne Scully C/O Kevin O'Meara] (€200 Each). Next week's draw will take place in Direen's, Cloneygowan on Monday 09 May 2016.  

     

FOOTBALL LEAGUE NORTH TIER 1

It's 2 wins and 2 defeats now for Raheen Senior Footballers in the League as they lost out to Gracefield in Rd 4 last Wednesday evening in Gracefield on a scoreline of 4-11 to 1-11. In the first half the sides exchanged scores until Gracefield raised their first green flag on 20 mins from a penalty but Raheen responded with the last 3 points of the half and at the break Gracefield led by just 2 1-06 to 0-07. Then a nightmare start to the second half for Raheen proved to be decisive as Gracefield got in to score 2-04 without reply in the first 10 mins. Raheen's 1st score of the half was a goal on 11 mins when John Crombie's high shot was punched to the net by Craig O'Halloran and they added 4 more points to Gracefields 2 over the next 10 mins to bring themselves back into it but the concession of a 4th goal in the 23rd min wrapped it up for Gracefield and they held on to claim the win.

JUNIOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Raheen Junior Footballers were due to play Rhode in Rd 4 of the League last Thursday evening but it was postponed and has been Re-Fixed for this Wednesday (04 May) @ 8pm in Rhode. All Support would be appreciated. 

 

U16 FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Na Fianna U16 Footballers will be looking to secure a place in the Semi Finals of the League as they take on Tullamore in the Final Rd this Wednesday (04 May) @ 7:30pm in O'Brien Pk, Tullamoe. All Support would be appreciated. 

 

U14 FOOTBALL FEILE LEAGUE SEMI FINALS 

Na Fianna U14 Footballers will face a side they are very familiar with Ferbane / Belmont in the Semi Finals of the Feile League this Friday evening (06 May) @ 6:30pm in Ballycumber. The sides met in both the U14 League & Championship Finals last year with 1 win apiece and the U14 Championship Final the year before. The winners will then play in the Feile League Final next Tuesday (10 May) with the winners of that qualifying to play in the All Ireland Feile in Kerry on the last weekend of June. All Support would be appreciated.    

 

U6 / U8 FOOTBALL TRAINING 

Na Fianna U6's & U8's Football Training continues on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in Geashill. All players and intending players are asked to attend training.
