There will be two less inter-county games taking place this weekend after the Armagh U21 hurlers and the Longford ladies footballers conceded walkovers to their opponents.

Armagh say they are unable to field for their All-Ireland 'B' quarter-final against Roscommon in Athleague tomorrow, while the Longford ladies won't be fulfilling their All-Ireland intermediate championship qualifier against Offaly after losing heavily to the Faithful in the Leinster championship.

Greg Farrelly's Offaly charges now progress to an All-Ireland quarter-final against Fermanagh on August 22.
