Still reeling from last weekend's Leinster SHC quarter-final loss to Laois, Offaly have been dealt another setback with the news that Cathal Parlon will miss their All-Ireland qualifier first round game on July 4.

The wing back from Coolderry suffered a knee injury in the second half of last Sunday's 0-21 to 0-29 defeat at O'Moore Park and is expected to be sidelined for a number of weeks. The Faithful will find out who their qualifier opponents will be when the draw is made tomorrow week.
