Offaly manager Pat Flanagan has named his starting 15 for Sunday's top-of-the-table Division 4 fixture away to Longford.

Both teams have nine points to show for their efforts so far but Offaly suffered the loss of captain Paraic Sullivan to a cruciate ligament injury during the week.
