Offaly manager Pat Flanagan is adamant that it is vital that they continue their winning form in the NFL Division Four campaign.

The Faithful County return to action after a three-week break, having won their opening two rounds of the league and now they face Wicklow in Aughrim on Sunday.

Flanagan knows that is not an easy place to go and win, but he told the Midland Tribune that the confidence is in the squad to get the job done.

"It was nice to get the two wins, especially one away from home. It is all about this game now. We have three home games after this, so Sunday will be a big game for us," said Flanagan.

Offaly head into a hectic schedule with the under-21s also in action next week as they face Kildare. A number of that squad are involved with the senior side and Flanagan will hoping everyone concerned comes through unscathed.
