125 Year Anniversary
The club would again like to thank everyone involved in helping out with the 125 year anniversary celebrations. Special thanks to all the surrounding communities and GAA clubs for their support. A big thanks you to all the local residents of Coologue and those in and around the GAA pitch for allowing everything to go ahead as planned. And also a big thank you to Oxigen for providing all the bin facilities for free.

Daingean travelled to Geashill to take on a strong Raheen side last Thursday night in what would be their last outing prior to the upcoming Junior semi-final. Despite a super first half performance which saw Daingean go into the break with a 6-point advantage, it was Raheen who upped the pace and showed their class in the second half to run out winners on a 1-15 to 2-10 scoreline. Goalscorers on the day were Paul O'Rourke and Shane Tierney from the penalty spot.

All roads lead to Tullamore this Saturday as Daingean take on Clonmore Harps in the Junior A football championship semi-final. Throw-in is at 3:00p.m. in O'Connor Park. Please come out and support the lads as we continue on our quest to win our 2nd championship of the year!
