Relegated Offaly have made one change to the side that lost to Limerick for Sunday's Allianz Football League meeting with Fermanagh.

Cappincur's Eoin Carroll's inclusion at left half forward sees Joe Maher switch to top of the right and Niall Geraghty drop out of the starting XV. Otherwise, the team selected by manager Emmett McDonnell is the same.
